Zim Ports and Logistics ( ZPL), a Zim line subsidiary offering services in logistics is negotiating the possibility of becoming a strategic partner of Filuet Logistics - a division of the Filuet Group - a company specializing in International Trading and Logistics solutions in the Russian market.
It is understood that once negotiation is completed Filuet Logistics will become a logistics subdivision of Zim in Russia. This agreement will allow Filuet to join the ZPL’s global network, as well as benefit from the ZIM’s reputation and clients’ database.
In a press release issued last week Alex Rashkovan, CEO of the Filuet Group, said: “Collaboration between Zim and Filuet will allow both companies to work successfully in today’s most promising market in the world - the Russian market. This collaboration acknowledges our possibilities in this market.”
The Filuet Group offers trading and logistic solutions to those companies already working in the Russian market or trying to penetrate into it.
The group consists of 5 companies employing over 200 people and offering services in logistics, business development, marketing and export to Russia. Its annual turnover is USD 100 ml.
